Personality Development Association
About PDA
“If you have anything really valuable to contribute to the world it will come through the expression of your own personality, that single spark of divinity that sets you off and makes you different from every other living creature.” -Bruce Barton

THE PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION of MIT was instituted in the early 1984 by Shri K.V. Narayanan, a then student of this institution, with the sole motive of improving the personality of students of MIT. From a modest beginning then, one has to admit that we have gone to places in achieving our motives.
Personality is the complex of all the attributes- the behavioural, the temperamental, the emotional and the mental- that characterize a unique individual. Indeed personality carves out one's character and indeed a person is known by his personality.
It is with these things in mind, and lots of passion towards what we do, we are here to help you to mould your personality to a greater extent.
"While one should always study the method of a great artist, one should never imitate his manner. The manner of an artist is essentially individual, the method of an artist is absolutely universal. The first personality, which no one should copy."-Oscar Wilde
As the quote says, we focus on bringing and carving out the distinct personalities hidden in every student of this institution as the most important function of education at any level is to develop the personality of the individual and to add to the significance of his life to himself and to others.
Our motto of “DISCOVER YOURSELF” resonates with the inspiring words of Aristotle -“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”.
